House of Crazy

Update on Tina Turner:

On Monday there was a notice posted to the garage door. It was a 3 day notice to quit the residence. It stated that there was breach of the lease agreement including (I am paraphrasing from memory):

• Damage to the property
• Police has been called to the residence multiple times
• Person living in residence who is not on lease

So, with 3 days left, we thought something to happen today, and it did, but not quite what we were expecting.

Joe called me at work and was whispering, "Hey! Something is happening next door. The cops are here and there are some women too and they are arguing." I asked why he was whispering and he said it is because he is in the upstairs guest bathroom with the window open so he can hear what is going on.

He didn't get the whole picture, but here is what he thinks was happening:

Two women showed up and tried to get in the house. They had an altercation with Tina Turner and both parties claim the other hit them. They called the copy and 2 showed up to referee. The cops were taking their statements and Joe overheard the women speculating that TT is a prostitute. They also accused/joked that she was upstairs in the window, flashed them and they could see an Adam's apple and a cut off penis. um...yeah.

But overall, the whole thing was anticlimactic becasue nothing really happened. TT is still there tonight and we can still hear random outbursts coming from her house.
